At what age are children allowed to use the wellness area?
There is no specific age restriction for the wellness area at the Matterhorn Inn, which you can use as a guest of the Hotel Porta Cervino. Children are also allowed to use the saunas when accompanied by their parents.
Does the Hotel Porta Cervino in Täsch have its own spa?
The Hotel Porta Cervino does not have its own wellness area. However, as a hotel guest, you can use the wellness area at our partner hotel, the Matterhorn Inn in Täsch, free of charge. There, you can relax after an eventful day in the mountains. For a more extensive spa experience, the Alpen Resort & Spa in Zermatt is also available to you at a discounted admission price of CHF 20.– per person per day.
Is use of the wellness area free for guests at Hotel Porta Cervino, and what services are included?
Yes, as a guest of the Hotel Porta Cervino in Täsch, you can use the wellness area at our partner hotel, the Matterhorn Inn, free of charge. Use of the saunas and the Kneipp pool is included in your room rate. Towels and slippers are also provided free of charge. Tea and snacks are available for a quick break.
Can I book massages or spa treatments at the Hotel Porta Cervino?
The Hotel Porta Cervino itself does not offer massages or spa treatments. However, you can book massages and beauty treatments at the Alpen Resort & Spa in Zermatt. A wide variety of treatments are available there.
Can non-hotel guests also use the wellness area?
The wellness area at the Matterhorn Inn is available exclusively to guests of the Matterhorn Inn and the Hotel Porta Cervino. As a guest of the Porta Cervino, you have free access. Other external visitors are not permitted to use the facility.
